Smells rough
I use a lot of supplements, both for humans and dogs. This one smells the worst of anything I've ever used. I don't know if I can even keep using it. It makes my whole kitchen reek whenever I open it! I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is just how it is naturally supposed to smell (I get it...mushrooms are "earthy" and grow in dirt so we're not talking about the cleanest of areas), but it is very off-putting.My dog is only 7 pounds, so I've been using a small fraction of a scoop daily for a couple of days sprinkled on the dry food. The dog looks at me, then begrudgingly eats his food, pausing to stare at me a few times every few bites. I don't think he's a huge fan. He usually wolfs food down without coming up for air or even chewing, for that matter. So on a positive note, this does seem to have slowed him down a little.But seriously, the smell is awful.
